Pump
equipment

OVIKO GROUP was founded in 2004. Where is the china pump & valve hometown wenzhou. We have more than one hundred empolyees, including 10 engineers, 20 QC and QA.

We currently have completed projects or ready-to-use solutions using the following types of centrifugal pumping equipment:

  • Magnetic-drive pumps for hazardous environments
  • Slurry and froth pumps
  • Acid and molten salt pumps
  • Pumps for pulp
  • High-performance pumps for the petroleum and chemical industries
  • Double-suction pumps
  • Multistage high-pressure pumps
  • Diaphragm metering pumps
  • Plunger metering pumps
FZA, FZE
Heavy-Duty Pumps for the Petroleum and Chemical Industries, Type OH1/OH2, API 610
The FZA and FZE series pumps are designed and manufactured in accordance with API 610 specification. This product series offers the following features:
  • safe, reliable design, and stable performance;
  • high performance and a wide range of characteristics;
  • high degree of standardization and good interchangeability.
Universal impellers, housings, and bearings are used. Bearing housing cooling options include air, fan, and water cooling, which can be selected to accommodate various operating temperatures.
FSB
Single-stage, double-suction pumps, type BB1 according to API 610.
The inlet and outlet flanges of the pump casing are located in the lower pump casing, allowing the rotor to be removed without disassembling the main piping.
Part of the pump casing is designed with a dual-channel design to reduce radial thrust, thereby extending seal and bearing life.
The impeller is designed using CFD technology, improving the performance and reliability of FSB pumps.
The shaft diameter is thicker and the distance between the bearings is shorter, reducing shaft deflection and extending the life of the mechanical seal and bearing.
A replaceable retaining ring is used between the pump casing and impeller to prevent wear on the pump casing and impeller. It is easy to replace, reducing maintenance costs, while ensuring operating clearance and high operating efficiency. The seal housing design can utilize either a self-sealing unit or a mechanical seal, and the sealing device can be replaced without removing the pump cover.
The unique bearing housing design allows for grease or oil lubrication, and the bearing has a calculated service life of over 100,000 hours. Double-row thrust bearings and sealed bearings are also available.
FCM
High pressure crude oil feed pump, type BB4 according to API 610
The pump has been specially designed for operation in petrochemical and feed systems.
FHB
Double-casing multistage high-pressure pump type BB5 according to API 610
The pump has a double-casing modular design.
The pump consists of a first outer casing and a second inner casing (cartridge).
In the event of a failure, there is no need to disassemble the entire pump; the cartridge can be quickly replaced with a spare.
The procedure takes 2-3 hours, which is significantly faster than complete disassembly and repair.
The main advantage of a pump manufactured according to API 610 10th Edition is its long overhaul interval—at least 3 years. High pump reliability is achieved through strict design requirements.
MKF
Magnetic Drive Pumps
Hermetically sealed pumps are used when leakage of even minimal quantities of pumped liquids into the environment is unacceptable. These pumps prevent even minimal leakage of pumped substances because they have no gaps or seals.
They are designed for pumping hydrocarbons, neutral, aggressive, toxic, chemically active, and flammable/explosive liquids whose vapors can form explosive mixtures with air.
  1. Advantages of magnetic drive pumps:
  2. Minimal maintenance (minimal involvement of service personnel due to the absence of the need for seal maintenance and lubrication); sanitary and hygienic working conditions (no contact with the pumped liquid, no need for lubrication).
  3. Safety in production when working with any media (aggressive, highly toxic, strong-smelling, flammable, and explosive).
  4. Environmentally friendly (no leaks).
  5. Increased wear resistance, reduced noise, lubrication, and cooling by the pumped fluid.
  6. No contact seals or mechanical contact between the outer and inner halves of the magnetic coupling (the pump is virtually immune to mechanical wear).
  7. Sterility of the pumped product (no contact between the pumped fluid and external systems).
Slurry Pumps
Slurry pumps, or abrasive slurry pumps, are a broad group of pumping equipment designed for the hydraulic transport of solids.
These pumps are used to pump mud, clay, soft soil, and sand with solid particle sizes up to 2 mm.
Sand and gravel pumps are used to pump pebbles and gravel with particle sizes ranging from 2 to 8 mm.
Gravel pumps are used to pump solid particles up to 50 mm in size.
Froth pumps are used for pumping froth pulps, primarily in flotation.
Coal pumps are used for "low-pressure" hydraulic coal transportation in coal-in-pulp (CIP) and coal-in-solution (CIL) systems.
LHY
Liquid Sulfur Pumps
A vertical centrifugal chemical pump with a heated jacket and section-by-section adjustable length. This pump is steam-heated. It is a robust and highly reliable chemical pump designed for pumping liquid sulfur at submersible depths of up to 18 meters.

Without a heating jacket, these pumps can also be used for pumping sulfuric and phosphoric acids, and salt solutions. In heat transfer systems, these pumps can be used for pumping molten nitrates at temperatures up to 500°C.

In addition to vertical sulfur pumps, we offer cantilever pumps, long-axis multistage sulfur pumps, sealed sulfur pumps (with magnetic coupling), and low-flow, high-pressure tangential sulfur pumps.
LSB
Sulfuric Acid Pumps
We offer sulfuric acid pumps for various temperatures and sulfuric acid concentrations.

These pumps typically require a rotor speed of no more than 1500 rpm; otherwise, this will lead to increased corrosion of equipment components that come into direct contact with the acid. The pump seal pressure should be lower; even a slight vacuum is acceptable when pumping high-concentration sulfuric acid (75-96%). Fluororubber and a double mechanical seal are used to improve seal integrity.

In addition to metal, the pump also includes components made of special rubber, plastic, ceramic, graphite, and glass. All pump flow path components that come into contact with sulfuric acid are polymer-coated.
